Where we ship
Vellmore Home ships to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally, or to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after your order is processed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during peak periods, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. There are no additional charges after checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment partner. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to start updating.
Split shipments
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days. There is no extra charge for this.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the ship date, or arrives damaged, email us at judahraysmith@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
