30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with any tags or accessories included.
How to start a return
Email judahraysmith@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or a full refund including original shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, installed, washed, or altered
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email judahraysmith@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
