Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping.
How to cancel
Email judahraysmith@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the word “cancel” in the subject line. We will confirm by reply.
After 12 hours
Once an order has been processed we can no longer cancel it. You may still return it under our Return and Refund Policy once it arrives.
Changes to an order
To change the shipping address or the items on an order, email us within 12 hours. We will make the change if the order has not been processed.
Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund and an explanation by email.
